Policies Under Review
We are currently receiving comments on the policies below. Please send comments (including policy number) to policies@odu.edu. Any comments received will be shared with the members of the Policy Review Committee and the designated Responsible Officer of the policy.
The following policy is available for public comment through February 28, 2026.
The following three policies are approved interim policies. Pursuant to University Policy 1001, interim policies may be adopted to meet legal or operational requirements as needs arise. Interim policies are effective for one year during which time they will be reviewed through the normal policy approval process.
We will receive comments on the following two revised interim policies through February 19, 2026.
