Focuses on developing microfluidic-based tactile sensors and investigating biomedical and robotics applications of the developed tactile sensors.
The lab uses a variety of commercially available 3-D engineering software packages used by engineering and manufacturing firms.
The lab houses transmission and reflection polariscopes, an MTS material testing system with data acquisition facilities for low and high-temperature testing of materials, and a dark room for photography.
