Synchronous Facilitator-Led Courses

  • COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE: USING THE GROW MODEL: This course introduces supervisors to the GROW coaching model—Goal, Reality, Options, and Way Forward—as a simple, repeatable structure for effective performance conversations. Participants learn how to guide employees through each stage of the model using focused questions that build clarity, accountability, and momentum. This course equips supervisors to move from reactive problem-solving to intentional coaching that drives performance and development.
  • COMMUNICATION FLEXIBILITY: UNDERSTAND AND ADAPT YOUR STYLE: Building communication flexibility allows you to choose a different style to customize your message to the preferred communication style(s) of your audience and ensures that your message is heard. Understanding different communication styles is crucial to working together effectively. In this course, you will learn about four different communication styles, how to identify each, identify your natural communication style, and how to adapt your own communication approach.
  • CONFLICT MANAGEMENT: This course focuses on managing workplace conflict by exploring common conflict styles and applying the CALM model—Clarify, Address, Listen, and Manage. Participants will engage in discussion and a hands-on group activity to practice these skills in real-world situations.
  • EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Effective communication is an essential tool in achieving productivity and maintaining resilient working relationships at all levels of an organization. This course will identify the common barriers of communication and practice the skills necessary for effective communication.
  • EFFECTIVE PROBLEM SOLVING: TOOLS FOR WORKPLACE CHALLENGES: Equips employees with practical frameworks and tools to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop thoughtful, actionable solutions.
  • EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE I: MANAGE SELF: Can you adequately harness your emotions so they don't interfere with your ability to listen or problem solve? This course delves deep in to how the brain handles emotion and how to identify the differences between emotions and feelings to help you manage yourself and others in the workplace.
  • EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE II: SOCIAL AWARENESS & EMPATHY: Social awareness is our ability to accurately pick up on the emotions of other people and understand what is really going on with them. This course will help you improve your ability to understand others' emotions and reactions and respond in a supportive and understanding manner.
  • EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE III: RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Relationship Management skills allow us too not merely be transactional, but to be transformative. This course will support your ability to foster the best out of others and your ability to help them grow, develop, and resolve conflict.
  • EXPLORING LEADERSHIP ARCHETYPES: Discover your natural leadership approach and understand how different leadership styles influence teams and decision-making. Through exploration of eight distinct leadership archetypes, participants gain insight into their strengths, blind spots, and how their style shows up in real workplace situations. This course equips leaders to adapt their approach, lead more intentionally, and build stronger, more effective teams—especially in times of change.
  • RESILIENT AND READY: HANDLE CHANGE LIKE A CHAMP: The ability to navigate change with resilience is a crucial skill. This online course is designed to empower you with the tools and insights needed to thrive amidst uncertainty. Through an exploration of resilience, you will gain insights into your reactions and behaviors and explore resilience-building techniques that foster adaptability.
  • SERVICE BEHAVIORS THAT MATTER: Superior customer service should be practiced by all Monarchs. At its core, quality customer service is making sure everyone feels they are valued, heard, respected, treated fairly, and appreciated. Find out how to demonstrate the Fantastic Service Equation and develop your skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • STRATEGIES TO SHIFT: FROM PEER TO SUPERVISOR: This course is designed to support supervisors who have transitioned from a peer role to a supervisory position. Participants will learn the key skills and strategies necessary to manage professional boundaries, develop credibility, and foster a productive team environment.
  • TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR TIME: Time management can have an enormous impact on your performance and productivity in the workplace. This course will help participants identify the common distractions that get in the way of getting things done and identify strategies on how to minimize these distractions.
  • TEAM UP FOR SUCCESS: This course explores the Five Dysfunctions of a Team and how they impact collaboration and performance. Participants will learn practical strategies to build trust, engage in healthy conflict, strengthen commitment and accountability, and achieve better team results.

    These courses are facilitated by our team, have specific meeting times (online), and require registration to attend. The available courses are listed on this page.
  2. Online Self-Paced Courses

    There are a tremendous amount of self-paced courses and videos available at LinkedIn Learning.
