- COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE: USING THE GROW MODEL: This course introduces supervisors to the GROW coaching model—Goal, Reality, Options, and Way Forward—as a simple, repeatable structure for effective performance conversations. Participants learn how to guide employees through each stage of the model using focused questions that build clarity, accountability, and momentum. This course equips supervisors to move from reactive problem-solving to intentional coaching that drives performance and development.
- COMMUNICATION FLEXIBILITY: UNDERSTAND AND ADAPT YOUR STYLE: Building communication flexibility allows you to choose a different style to customize your message to the preferred communication style(s) of your audience and ensures that your message is heard. Understanding different communication styles is crucial to working together effectively. In this course, you will learn about four different communication styles, how to identify each, identify your natural communication style, and how to adapt your own communication approach.
- CONFLICT MANAGEMENT: This course focuses on managing workplace conflict by exploring common conflict styles and applying the CALM model—Clarify, Address, Listen, and Manage. Participants will engage in discussion and a hands-on group activity to practice these skills in real-world situations.

- EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE I: MANAGE SELF: Can you adequately harness your emotions so they don't interfere with your ability to listen or problem solve? This course delves deep in to how the brain handles emotion and how to identify the differences between emotions and feelings to help you manage yourself and others in the workplace.
- EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE II: SOCIAL AWARENESS & EMPATHY: Social awareness is our ability to accurately pick up on the emotions of other people and understand what is really going on with them. This course will help you improve your ability to understand others' emotions and reactions and respond in a supportive and understanding manner.
