TPAC
The Transportation & Parking Advisory Committee (TPAC) is a committee of faculty, staff, and students who meet once a month during the Fall and Spring semesters to provide info on transportation and parking information.
The purpose of these meetings is to increase awareness of who Transportation & Parking Services (TPS) is, how we operate, and how we influence and are influenced by the campus community. It is also intended as a forum between TPS and the campus community, feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
What to Expect
Meetings are 1 hour and scheduled in advance to allow for maximum attendance. Meetings cover a variety of topics, from TPS day-to-day operations, revenue, current projects, funding opportunities, and partnerships with various departments/offices on campus such as SGA or SRC. Scott Silsdorf, the Director of Transportation and Parking Services, leads each meeting, typically with a PowerPoint presentation and a brief Q&A either before or after the presentation.
Attending a Meeting
Invitations are sent out in advance to individuals TPS feels may have an interest in the topics covered. Attendance is not mandatory, however, TPS asks that if you intend to attend a meeting without receiving an email invitation, please RSVP with either Scott Silsdorf or Megan Gribble so we can arrange for adequate amount of seating.
