Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide assistance at no cost to ODU employees, eligible dependents and household members, regardless of enrollment in a health plan. Getting help with EAP is simple, convenient, and confidential. Employees may contact the programs directly at the numbers listed below, visit the online portals, or contact the ODU Benefits Team at benefits@odu.edu for assistance.
