Tesha Benjamin
Director of Communications
Growing up with the beach for a playground, Tesha hails from St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands, where sun, sand, and sea abound. Tesha loves spending the day at the beach, swimming, reading historical fiction, and traveling. When she daydreams, Tesha is an aspiring New York Times bestselling author and loves how a great piece of writing can transport, delight, and inspire.
Alana Whitley
Communications Coordinator
Growing up in Northern Virginia, Alana attended Woodbridge Senior High School. She's a 2023 graduate of Old Dominion University, earning a degree in communications and a minor in marketing. She began her role as the communication coordinator soon after graduating and has loved every second of being a part of SEES Communications. She looks forward to starting her master's degree at ODU in the fall of 2023. Alana adores reading, collecting vinyl records, playing The Sims, exploring new things, and her puppy, Charlie.
Hannah Austin
Graphic Designer
Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Hannah has a passion for all things art. After graduating from Phoebus High School, she attended Old Dominion University to pursue a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Dance while working as a student designer for SEES Communications and design lab assistant for the Barry Art Building. Hannah is a proud alumna of ODU's Class of 2022, and the full-time Graphic Designer for SEES Communications. She enjoys designing merchandise, animation and motion graphics, and most of all, food related social media posts. She loves music, traveling to dance events, hosting non-profit initiatives, painting, and digital art.
