NASPA NUFP – Undergraduate Student Opportunity
Student Engagement & Enrollment Services believes in contributing to the advancement of the student affairs profession. One main component of this strategy is organizing opportunities for current professionals to thrive in the field. The second component is opening doors for potential student affairs professionals to explore their interest and provide them with educational opportunities to learn more.
NUFP creates possibilities and changes the landscape of student affairs and higher education. NUFP is an opportunity for undergraduate students to receive mentorship, professional development, and education about the student affairs profession.
The mission of the NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program is to increase the number of historically disenfranchised and underrepresented professionals in student affairs and/or higher education, including but not limited to those of racial and ethnic-minority background, those having a disability, and those identifying as LGBTQ.
