2024 Submission Deadlines
Classified (CY2024) Hourly & Student Hourly (CY2024) Faculty Leave Reports (CY2024) Biweekly Police Officers (CY2024)In order for employees to be paid each pay period, timesheets MUST be submitted and approved by the published deadlines.
- Timesheets must be submitted on the last day worked in the pay period OR no later than 11:59pm on the deadline (listed in the WTE Submission Schedule).
- Approvers (or proxies) are required to approve timesheets EACH pay period by the approval deadline.
- Timesheets should be submitted after all the hours are worked for the pay period and before the pay period submission deadline.
- When you submit a timesheet to an approver, you are certifying that the hours worked are a true and accurate record of your time.

WTE Submission Schedule (classified, hourly wage, and student hourly wage)
The WTE Submission Schedule shows timesheet submission deadlines only. A new schedule is posted for each calendar year. Refer to the Payroll Schedule for deadlines for hiring paperwork/EPAF action submission deadlines.
- Pay ID (PT - Part Time and FT - Full Time)
- Payroll Number (crosswalk to the Payroll Schedule for other deadlines)
- Pay Periods
- WTE Employee Deadline for WTE Timesheet submission
- WTE Approver Deadline for WTE Timesheet approval

Leave Reports for Faculty
Faculty who are required to report their leave taken through Leave Reports should make every effort to follow the submission schedule. The leave submission schedule for faculty required to enter leave taken contains the following information:
- Pay ID (FT)
- Payroll Number (crosswalk to the Payroll Schedule for other deadlines)
- Pay Periods
- Employee Deadline to submit to approver
- Approver Deadline to approve
- Leave Reports Approver period open until (deadline for approver)
