Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and OS X operating systems.

  • Word: A word processor 
  • Excel: A spreadsheet application that features calculation, graphing tools and pivot tables
  • PowerPoint: Numerous features that offer the ability to create a professional presentation
  • Outlook: An email application, calendar, task manager and contact manager
  • OneNote: A digital notebook for capturing, storing and sharing all kinds of information
  • Publisher: Layout application for creating publications with picture and text effects (Windows only)
  • Access: A database management system that combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software development tools (Windows only)
