The 37th Annual Virginia Health Sciences Research Day offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organizations looking to support excellence in health sciences research and education.
Whether sponsoring the keynote speaker, poster awards, or reception events, each level includes valuable benefits such as exhibitor space, ad placement, and recognition across event materials.

To appear in the event program and booklet, the sponsorship form, payment, and materials must be received by October 10, 2025; however, we do love early birds and appreciate materials submitted in advance of that date.
