Dominion House

Dominion House offers suite-style living options on the Runte Quad with single and double rooms available. Each room includes a common living space and 2-3 bathrooms inside the suite. This residence hall features plenty of community spaces for hanging out with friends and the private study spaces are a great place to host a study session before a big exam.

Each bathroom is furnished with one toilet and one shower with a shower curtains/rods. A sink with mirror is provided in each bedroom. One bathroom per 2-3 students.

Dominion House has a 9-month contract commitment which covers the fall and spring semesters. Each semester is billed separately, due dates are established by the Office of Finance.
