Graduate housing is a first come, first serve opportunity, be sure to fill out your application on the housing portal! Nusbaum apartments are located in the Colley Bay neighborhood and give our graduate students the chance to experience the thrill of a Monarch victory or spend the evening enjoying a theatrical experience, as Nusbaum apartments are just a short walk to Kornblau Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium and ODU's Arts District.
