Welcome to the Department of Educational Foundations & Leadership (EFL)! We are proud to offer undergraduate courses in fashion merchandising, industrial technology, and training specialists, and teacher preparation in technology education and marketing education. Our graduate programs include certificates, MS, and PhDs in Higher Education Leadership, Community College Leadership, K-12 Educational Leadership, and Workforce and Organizational Development.
