The Innovation Lab at the ODU Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity is an instructional hub for STEM learning, driven by team building and collaboration. We provide opportunities for students and individuals of all ages, abilities, and disciplines to learn by designing creative solutions to real-world challenges.
The Innovation Lab is an Old Dominion University community outreach facility that is relocating to the ODU Peninsula Center in Hampton, VA, in June 2025. Previously located in the Brooks Crossing building in Newport News' Southeast Community, adjacent to Downtown, the new space will allow us to expand our offerings and better serve the community. Since opening in August 2019, we have been dedicated to fostering creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through hands-on STEM education.
