ODUMUNC 2024 Awards and Gallery
It is the honor and pleasure of the ODU Model United Nations Society to announce the winners of ODUMUNC 47. Staff from ODU, Hampton University and Regent University welcomed 731 delegates from 49 schools to the conference, 15-18 February 2024, with delegations from schools as close as one mile away and as distant as Boston and Dallas. Delegates passed a total of 27 resolutions.
The conference was an extraordinary event for the ODU staff. The conference was led by Secretary-General J Belin and Secretary-Treasurer Sophie Rofheart. Their leadership and infectious commitment did so much to ensure the program's success. Vital contributions came from Under-Secretary-Generals Tyer Rector, Myles Perry and Zika Ozoh. Forty other society members played essential roles, from writing issue briefs, to completing thousands of managerial tasks, and organizing and chairing the three-day conference sessions. The conference also benefited from major support from the ODU campus community.
Congratulations to all these delegations for their impressive performances. Individual award winners are listed below.
