If you placed a Dell order recently and the order has not been received by your department, please check the status as soon as possible.

How to check the status of a Dell Purchase Order

  1. Go to: https://www.dell.com/support/orders/us/en/4
  2. Under Search for an Order (this is the second search option)
    • Select PO Number from the 'Search By' drop down.
    • Type in your eVA Purchase Order Number
    • Select Customer Number from the 'Verify With' drop down.
    • Type in the ODU Customer Number: 125941006
    • Click on Submit.

If no status is available, email Gabe.Cano@dell.com and copy jnhall@odu.edu with a copy of your eVA purchase order and request the status.
