Cultural-Linguistic Responsiveness: Healthcare and Education General Survey
We are conducting a survey that explores Millenial and Gen-Z’s experiences receiving healthcare and educational services in the United States during their childhood. We are looking for participants who meet the following criteria: born in or after 1981 are 18 years of age or older received privately or publicly funded healthcare or educational services in the United States as a child (0-17 years of age)
Survey respondents eligible for drawing for one of four $25.00 Amazon gift cards. Ten survey follow-up focus group respondents will receive a $20 Amazon gift card.
