If you were unable to access the COI system or other Research Foundation tools recently, it was due to our scheduled maintenance window this past weekend. During that time, the Research Portal, COI, eReq, ePAS, ePTF, EWS, Cyber Recruiter, and Timesheet systems were temporarily offline while we completed system upgrades and performance enhancements.
All systems are now fully available.
What you need to know going forward
Updated project numbers (action required)
Beginning now, please use the new project number format shown in the Research Portal when completing any forms or transactions.
What changed:
- A letter has been added to the suffix
- The main project number (prefix) stays the same
- The numeric portion stays the same
- You must include the new letter
Using the old number may delay processing.
This applies to:
- Reimbursements
- Travel authorizations
- Visa statements
- Consultant forms
- PCard forms
- Any manual RF transactions
