Chrissy Blanchard-Alworth, lecturer in the Department of Human Movement Studies and Special Education, will lead an online session designed to help you reset and recharge right at your desk. The session will begin with guided deep breathing , followed by gentle stretches to warm muscles, accessible strengthening exercises for posture and core, and guided relaxation. A brief time to share reflections and tips with fellow participants will also be offered. Suitable for all fitness levels. Minimal space and no equipment needed.
