Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered the United States and Commonwealth of Virginia flags be flown at half-staff at local, state and federal buildings and grounds in memory of the lives lost and those injured in Highland Park, Illinois on Independence Day, July 4, 2022.
The flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on July 9.
