Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United States and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in respect and memory of Henrico Police Officer Trey Marshall Sutton, who was killed in the line of duty.
The flags shall be lowered at sunrise April 6 and remain at half-staff until sunset.
