Pursuant to President Trump's Presidential Proclamation to lower the United States flag, Gov. Ralph Northam ordered that the flags of the United States and Virginia are to be flown over the state Capitol and all local, state and federal buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in respect and memory of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The flags will be lowered until sunset on the day of interment.
