Thursday night, we are updating https protocols for Monarch-Key, the system that allows you to log in to most ODU products with a single password. Most users won't even notice, but older (much older) operating systems and browsers will no longer be able to connect users to Monarch-Key services.
If you are using an older browser or OS, you'll see an SSL Error message when you try to log in.
The following browsers and operating systems should have no trouble logging in:
- Android 4.4.2 +
- iOS 6 +
- Windows XP with Chrome 49, Firefox 49 +
- Windows 7 with Chrome 69, Firefox 47 +
- Windows 10
- Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 +
- Edge
- OSX 10.9 + with Safari 7 +
