The ITS Desktop Support Group now supports Linux workstations here at ODU. We've established secure system baseline images for Ubuntu 18.04 and Red Hat 8 that we can revert to in the event of any hardware or software issues.
DSG support means your TSP can help troubleshoot Linux issues and provide regular operating system and software updates through Ivanti.
