IT Alert - Global Issue Affecting Windows Servers and Desktops

A global outage from our endpoint protection vendor caused significant impact to IT operations earlier today (July 19). We have been working throughout the day to restore services as quickly as possible. Most services have been restored but some of our Windows workstations are still impacted. 

  • Windows servers - All Windows servers are back up and running
  • Systems - All major systems are back online
  • Windows workstations - 76% complete as of 4:30 p.m.

Please know that we are working diligently to bring all equipment back online as quickly as possible. Our IT teams were deployed across all campuses using a manual workaround to update affected workstations and get them back online. We will continue to triage the remaining machines and follow-up with users.
