Maya Angelou once said, “I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it.” In my view, this quote epitomizes how we have moved forward in the aftermath of the tragic shooting of Lt. Col. Brandon Shah and the two ROTC cadets on March 12th.
