The ODU School of Public Service is partnering with the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission to organize the next Hampton Roads Adaptation Forum scheduled for Friday, January 9, 2026.

The Forum brings together local government staff, scientific experts, private sector engineers, state and federal agency staff, NGOs representatives, and other stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and share best practices for regional resilience planning for site-level adaptation and flood mitigation.

The January 9th forum will focus on site-specific resilience plans, strategies, and projects from Isle of Wight County to the City of Virginia Beach.
