Jeff Moe grew up in an Air Force family and received his doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision from the University of Toledo. Dr. Moe began his career in Texas, and he joined ODU's counseling program July 2013. He lives in Norfolk with his life partner of 15 years and their two dogs.
