Career Switcher candidates who are not recommended for their 10-year renewable Virginia teaching license will have the opportunity to obtain additional support based on the school division needs. The following resources are available to school divisions:
- Individualized one-on-one instructional coaching
- Individualized social-emotional student support
- Free Level I refresher training
- Free Level II refresher training
- School site visits by the program director, curriculum coordinator and instructional staff to discuss gaps in teaching
