- Member-only events and discounts on all local District Council events. From programs on Emerging Trends to Insider's Tours, ULI Virginia events offer the opportunity to meet a variety of real estate professional in the Virginia market and to work together to improve your community
- Member discount on the annual ULI Fall and Spring meetings. These national meetings bring together professional from throughout the world, and from all sectors of the real estate industry to share experiences and learn new strategies.
Membership will follow you to any other city with a ULI District Council upon graduation.
ODU Real Estate Club
The Real Estate Club is open to students across campus, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of real estate. The Club, in conjunction with the Harvey Lindsay School of Real Estate, run a regular series of events. These include guest speakers talking about their experience in real estate and discussions about specific projects, including site visits. The Club also organizes a careers forum where students can meet with professionals from a range of career specialisms.
