Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
Make a splash in the ODU Student Recreation and Well-Being Center pool with SUP Yoga, a fun and refreshing yoga experience on the water! Flow through poses on a stand-up paddleboard for a full-body workout that challenges your balance, focus, and core strength.
We’ll provide your paddleboard and personal flotation devices (as needed), we just need you to wear something you’re comfortable getting wet in and get ready to float, flow, and have fun!
ODU SUP Yoga Classes are offered on the following days from 7-8 p.m. for a $5 registration fee to hold your spot:
