The following sessions are offered monthly to the campus community.  You are encouraged to attend! 

  •  eReceiving Training provides an overview of documenting proper procedures for departments receiving goods or services ordered on an eVA purchase order.  Step by step guidance for completing eReceivers is provided. Register

  • ·  eVA User Training - Existing Users is intended for current eVA users. During this training session, a review of creating requisitions and approving requisitions will be provided.  Guidance on how to check the status of a requisition is also provided. Register

  • PCard Training is required to use a Purchasing Card (PCard) prior to issuance of the PCard. After you submit your PCard Application, you will receive an email invitation to the next PCard Training. Existing PCard holders and Approvers are encouraged to attend the monthly sessions for a quick refresher.    View Training Calendar

  • Procurement & eVA Training is the foundational training that provides an overview of all procurement-related activities and responsibilities. This training is recommended to anyone who conducts procurement-related activities, and it is mandatory to receive an eVA account. Register ▶
