We are excited to announce that Leo Online, ODU’s information system that contains official student and employee records, has recently gotten some long-awaited user upgrades. With these updates, we hope you find Leo Online easier to navigate as you access academic and administrative records like time sheets, grades, and registration.

To access Leo Online, go to leoonline.odu.edu. This address now redirects to a new Leo Online landing page* with direct links to modules including:

  • Student Information System (registration, grades, transcripts)
  • Financial Aid
  • Faculty & Advisor Services
  • Employee Services (Web-Time entry, payroll, benefits)
  • Personal Information Management

Log in to Leo Online modules using your MIDAS ID and password.

You can also access Leo Online from the myODU portal (my.odu.edu).
