The purpose of this correspondence is to communicate the eligibility requirements and other details surrounding the FY2025 state-funded 1.5% bonus and FY2026 3% salary increase. The one-time bonus is for full-time faculty and staff. The 3% salary increase is being applied across the board to all eligible salaried employees, adjunct faculty, and wage workers; therefore, a merit-based differential will not be applied. The increase is on the state-funded portion of the base salary. Unit heads with faculty and staff in grant/gift-funded positions may reallocate existing funds to support salary increases for the portion of salary on non-state funding.
