We’re continuing our pilot rollout of the new competency-based evaluation process for A/P Faculty as part of our HR transformation strategy. This new model promotes equity, alignment with university goals, and targeted professional development.

 

Important Deadlines

  • Self-Evaluations Due: May 20, 2025

  • Final Evaluations Due: June 2, 2025

If using the previous evaluation form, submit final documentation to apfacultyevals@odu.edu by June 2

 

Action Required: Update Position Descriptions

To support SACS 2025 Accreditation and ensure accurate job data:

Review and update PDs for all A/P faculty
 

Submit updates via:

  • Email: hrcompclass@odu.edu (Subject: “SACS 2025 PD Update – [Position Number]”)

  • PAPERS: Use "Update" action

  • Medical Campus: Submit updates here

  • If no changes, update the review date and submit

  • If title/responsibilities changed, submit a Redefinition
