Dear ODU Students, Faculty, and Staff,
The Monarch Internship and Co-Op Office is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our Summer 2025 Internship Micro-Grant Application, opening Monday, May 19.
These support grants aim to reduce financial barriers for any ODU student participating in an unpaid or underpaid internship or other work-based learning experience. Eligible expenses may include:
Transportation or commuting costs
Uniforms, tools, or required materials
Temporary housing or relocation assistance
To be eligible, students must have a confirmed Summer 2025 internship AND be registered in a summer internship course, either for credit (departmental course such as CYSE 368 or HIST 368) or zero credit (UNIV 068 or GRAD 668).
Important Dates:
Application Opens: Monday, May 19, 2025
Application Closes: Friday, May 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
