Web Time Entry Deadline Reminders for the December 10 – December 24 pay period

 

Employee Deadline Reminder

All semi-monthly classified employees must submit their web time sheets for approval by 11:59 p.m. on December 17, 2024. Please enter hours for the entire pay period December 10 – December 24, 2024.

This will require non-exempt employees to enter estimated hours for leave taken and hours worked from December 18 – December 24, 2024. Non-Exempt Employees please use Holiday Pay to record the official holiday closing on your Web Time Sheet.

Non-Exempt semi-monthly employees required to work on Official University Holidays should enter time as 8 hours Holiday Pay and enter hours physically worked under Additional hours worked leave or pay.

All exempt employees will enter estimated leave taken from December 18 – December 24, 2024. Exempt employees do not enter holiday hours on their web time sheets.

 

Approver & Proxy Deadline Reminders

Approvers and Proxies must approve classified time sheets by 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2024, for the December 10th through December 24th pay period. Please verify that each of your employees entered all hours worked and leave taken for the entire pay period December 10, 2024– December 24, 2024. Employees will estimate hours for December 18 – December 24.

 

Procedure for correcting estimated hours worked or leave taken for the December 10-December 24, 2024, pay period.

Employees who need to amend their estimated hours worked or leave taken for December 18 – December 24, should submit a Manual Time sheet to the Payroll Office by January 3, 2025.
