As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to welcome you back to campus, where your medical school journey began, for Alumni Weekend, October 16–18, 2026.
This year, we are celebrating milestone reunion classes ending in 1 and 6, honoring the classmates, late nights and formative experiences that shaped you as healthcare professionals. It’s a chance to return to the halls where you studied, the labs where long hours sharpened your skills, and the spaces where lifelong friendships were formed - while also seeing how campus has grown and evolved since your time here.
We invite you to bring your family and guests and share a glimpse of those meaningful years - show them where the rigor, determination and unforgettable moments of medical school unfolded.
As plans take shape, we’ll share important updates, including when registration and hotel room blocks become available.

Be the Spark Behind Your Reunion
We’re looking for Reunion Class Ambassadors to help bring classmates together and make Alumni Weekend unforgettable. Love rallying people or planning a great get-together? This is your moment - or nominate a classmate who’d be perfect for the role!
What does a Reunion Class Ambassador do?
You help reconnect your class and organize a casual class gathering during Alumni Weekend. Think dinner, drinks, laughs and lots of reminiscing.
What you’ll do:
- Spread the word and encourage classmates to attend Alumni Weekend
- Share messages from Alumni Relations (we can even email on your behalf)
- Help coordinate a class dinner or social (Dutch treat or prepaid by attendees)
What we’ll do:
- Provide email templates, outreach support, and class contact lists (within privacy guidelines)
- Share restaurant and venue suggestions and help with reservations
- Offer hotel block info and EVMS-branded swag
- Stop by your class gathering to say hello and snap photos
- Recognize you during our Evening of Connection Reception.
