Starting Monday, August 25^th, 2025, the Monarch Transit will begin to run a new fixed route connecting Norfolk State University, the Virginia Health Sciences’ campus, and the Old Dominion University’s main campus. The route will be offered from 7:40am to 4:35pm starting at Norfolk State University’s E.L. Hamm Fine Arts Building, then making a stop at Lester Hall on the Virginia Health Sciences’ campus before working its way to Perry Library at Old Dominion University.
