Academic Affairs Leadership Academy
The Academic Affairs Leadership Academy prepares Old Dominion University faculty and staff to step into future university leadership roles. Designed to cultivate talent from within, the Academy focuses on strengthening personal leadership, enhancing team management, and supporting proactive succession planning across the institution.

As part of this ongoing commitment, Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Strategic Initiatives partners with Academic Impressions to design and deliver targeted, high-impact leadership training for department chairs and directors across the University.
