Bad Movie Night
At ODU’s Lê Planetarium
Chemistry Building, Room 1001

This summer, we’re going 80s! Bad Movie Night is all 80s, all summer long. Featuring some of the best (and mostly the worst) from the decade that brought us big hair, bold colors, and more Stephen King than you can shake a stick at. Cowabunga, dude!

June 5
6:30 pm – Trivia
7:00 pm – The Gate (1987)
What’s a kid to do when he finds out his backyard holds a gate to Hell? Demon summoning, children left home alone with demons, children having unfortunate incidences with demons, and stop motion demons. Enough said!

Considered a “gate”way horror film for kids. Too scary for some, but it doesn’t push the horror from many other films of the decade. It’s good, clean demonic fun.
