The Division of Talent Management and Culture's Department of Organizational Development and Training, is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for Old Dominion University’s 2026 Workforce Development Conference: Future-Ready Workforces: Developing Talent for a Changing World, on September 17, 2026 - 9:00am - 2:00pm
at Webb Center - 1401 W. 49th Street, Norfolk, Virginia.
We invite faculty, staff, practitioners, and subject matter experts to submit engaging proposals that inspire innovation, strengthen workforce capability, and support the evolving landscape of higher education and organizational excellence.
This year, we are accepting proposals for:
- Conference presentations
- Interactive workshops
- Panel discussions
- Skill-building sessions
- Professional development activities throughout Workforce Development Month
Topics may include leadership development, organizational culture, workforce readiness, employee engagement, change management, talent development, wellness, innovation, and emerging workplace trends.
