A conversation around mental health and well-being has never been more important. This panel discussion brings experienced voices together to explore the realities of stress, burnout, and well-being while also highlighting practical strategies, shared responsibility, and opportunities for change.
Together, we will:
  • Reflect on the cultural and systemic factors that impact mental health
  • Explore ways to foster a more supportive and connected community
  • Identify meaningful actions we can take individually and collectively
Whether you are seeking insight, support, or ways to better support others, this conversation is for you. Let’s move beyond burnout and toward a healthier, more connected community. Please share with your campus colleagues.
