Office of International Collaboration - Announcement

Peace Corps: Live Abroad. Serve Globally!

Come and join us on April 29 at 12:00 PM for a Peace Corps Lunch bringing together alumni and students interested in gaining international experience.

The Peace Corps is a U.S. government volunteer program that places Americans abroad to work alongside local communities in areas such as education, health, economic development, and environmental sustainability. It offers a meaningful opportunity to live and work overseas, engage deeply with another culture, and build valuable global and professional skills-—while covering your international travel, providing a living stipend during service, and offering federal employment benefits, including one year of Noncompetitive Eligibility (NCE) after you return.

Whether you are exploring options to work abroad or want to connect with returned volunteers, this is a great opportunity to hear firsthand experiences and learn how Peace Corps service can shape your global path.

Just show up, have some lunch, and chat with us!

See you there!
