Constellations - One Love. Two Casts. Infinite Possibilities.

Showing April 9-12 at Goode Theatre, 4601 Monarch Way
Constellations by Nick Payne, directed by guest director Melissa Mowry, is a luminous love story told across infinite possibilities. When a physicist and a beekeeper meet, their relationship unfolds again and again—each version shaped by the smallest choices, each revealing a different future. Blending science, myth, and human longing, Constellations maps love like a night sky: fragile, dazzling, and endlessly reconfiguring.

April 9 & 11 | 7:30 pm — Aquila Cast
Starring Mackenzie Minnix & Gage Green

In the sky, Aquila is the eagle of Zeus — a constellation charged with carrying messages between heaven and earth.

In this telling, Marianne and Roland’s story unfolds in flight between those realms: Marianne, a physicist studying the heavens, and Roland, a beekeeper grounded in the natural world, their lives intersecting again and again across the sky of possibility.

April 10 | 7:30 pm
April 12 | 2:00 pm — Lyra Cast
Starring Kamis Looney & Rita Yohe

In the sky, Lyra is the harp of Orpheus — a constellation tied to music, love, and the power of a voice to move the universe.

In this telling, Marianne and Rochelle’s story unfolds like a piece of music, each moment returning again with a slightly different harmony resonating in the stars.
