What is Quinncia?
Quinncia is an AI-powered career readiness platform designed to help students strengthen their resumes, improve interviewing skills, elevator pitch, and curriculum vitae feedback, LinkedIn optimization, and prepare for internship and job opportunities.
Faculty can enhance students' career readiness by integrating Quinncia into their course curriculum. Faculty may use Quinncia to assign and monitor career development activities, including resume reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, and mock interview practice.
To request faculty access, email careercoach@odu.edu with the subject line: "Quinncia Professor Access Request." Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your professor account has been activated and is ready to use.
Getting Started
STEP 1: Log Into Your Quinncia Account
Access your Quinncia account using the guide below:
STEP 2: Inviting Students to Quinncia
Invite students to Quinncia using one of the following two methods:
- Option 1: Generic Student Access Link
- Option 2: Upload Class Roster
Faculty can upload a student roster directly into Quinncia by entering their ODU email addresses.- Student Invitation Upload Guide
- Students are assigned directly to your designated course division rather than the default pool. This option is easier for student tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting.
