Hosted by Dr. Diane Holland, Director of Organizational Development and Training, and joined by campus partners and subject matter experts, this series is designed to strengthen practical leadership skills that support effective communication, employee engagement, and workplace success across ODU.
Each session focuses on real-world strategies that participants can immediately apply in their roles, whether leading teams, managing projects, or contributing as an individual leader within the university community.
