What is the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120?
The MESO QuickPlex SQ 120 is the newest
instrument added to the Flow. The MESO QuickPlex SQ 120 is an assay reader characterized by unique among multiplex systems due to its ease of use, low cost, and quick read times. The combination of rapid read times and the ability to perform multiple, simultaneous tests on a single sample increases productivity, saves sample, and delivers results quickly.
This instrument is compatible with 96-well SECTOR and QuickPlex plates. These plates are designed on a per experiment basis, so labs wishing to use the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120 should reach out to Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) for more information and to design their own plates. MSD representatives may also be available for in-person training. See the following link for more information.
Responsibilities and policies
The only service available for the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120 is unassisted acquisition, although Flow Core staff is available to provide simple assistance with the instrument. Users are expected to prepare their own plates provided by MSD.
The Flow Core is not responsible for data collected with this instrument. Individuals labs are responsible for experimental data, and it is recommended that data be exported to an external memory device such as a flash drive or external hard drive following the sort.
