Student Spotlight
My name is Ibrahima Wann. I am from Conakry, Guinea, and I recently graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Data Science. I have worked in the Language Learning Center since April 2023 and will begin my master's degree in Data Engineering in fall 2026.

I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. I was an international business major and Japanese minor. My goal is to work for an international Japanese company focusing on logistics and supply chain management. My favorite undergraduate experience was my time abroad in Japan during the fall of 2024. I enjoyed tutoring for multiple semesters and supporting the World Languages and Cultures Department, both the professors and students. I hope students continue to learn languages and engage in different cultures even after completing their classes.
