Disbursement is defined as funds received and applied to student tuition accounts. For the Federal William D. Ford Direct Loan Program (Unsubsidized and Graduate PLUS), funds will not be available for disbursement until the student has completed the required Master Promissory Notes (MPN), Grad PLUS request (annually), and entrance counseling. According to federal regulation and the academic calendar, the dates below reflect the earliest date by cohort that Financial Aid will release funds for Financial Services to disburse to student tuition accounts.
